PortaFloor MAX was installed as a maintenance and sales demo pad in the leading heavy equipment rental company is Mozambique. MAX will allow the company to complete outside service maintenance work of the rental fleet and allow customers the ability to see the benefits of MAX in action.

The California National Guard needed a cost effective heavy duty flooring system that could withstand the loads of the equipment needed to house in their new permanent storage facility. PortaFloor MAX was installed within one day vs. a few weeks if they would have poured a concrete pad inside the facility.
PortaFloor worked with Shell Oil and one of their on site engineers to provide a solution for a key equipment structures. Shell was looking for a heavy duty structure flooring solution that could replace concrete and reduce their installation and logistics costs. After several tests, PortaFloor MAX in a custom color was chosen as the best solution over the other flooring and matting systems that were tested.
When Niigata Stadium needed to quickly protect its track for concert stages and cranes, they turn to PRO. The stadium chose PRO because it can withstand over 34,000 lbs. per sq.
MAX supported a 156,000 lb. Grove GMK6350 all terrain crane while lifting heavy machinery to a new location. MAX was used in place of the standard wooden block supports underneath the steel outrigger pads to provide a rigid lifting base.
PORTAFLOOR MAX was recently tested on-site at a major mining pit as a relocatable haul truck maintenance pad. The goal was to eliminate pouring and iminent removal of a temporary concrete slab. Three successful tests were completed; the back axels of the truck were lifted using a B&D Super Jack, 2 of the tires were lifted within an 18" diameter pneumatic jack and the Komatsu 930e was marked on MAX.
MAX created a roadhead in south Texas to support tractor trailers filled with caliche material. Over 150 trucks rolled over MAX and made a tight turn into the drill site. MAX reduced the rutting from the constant traffic and required only minimal sub-base leveling, watering and rolling prior to installation.
The Italian air force needed a safe, lightweight, stable and durable solution for temporary walkways and pathways at their base in northern Italy. PortaFloor MAX was the perfect solution that met their needs. In addition to walkways, MAX was used as temporary access roadways and a flooring solution for the shelters and temporary storage facilities.
MAX Provides a stable surface for maintenance being conducted on a 54,900 pound M984 HEMTT Wrecker. Optional lightweight aircraft aluminum plates were used to reinforce point load weight of the jack stands. After extensive testing, MAX flooring has been recognized as the option for deployable maintenance structure flooring.
